Sales People and/or Trades People for Sales Position

SALES-HOME IMPROVEMENTS (SALEM)

Compensation: Base salary plus commission
Employment type: full-time

A & A SERVICES HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY IS NOW HIRING!

We are adding to our Sales Team because we can’t keep up with all the incoming leads and are looking for that person with knowledge in construction as well as sales.

We focus on ROOFING, SIDING, WINDOW, AND CARPENTRY SALES.

Started in 1982, we have spent the past 36 years building our reputation on delivering high quality, professional workmanship and we go to the market in a whole different way than most contracting companies.  We educate our customers to make the right home improvement buying decisions.  We don’t sell them what they don’t need.  As a result, we have great reviews and 65% of our business is repeat customers and customer referrals.  We are the kind of company you would be proud to represent.

 

The following is a list of what is provided to a Salesman for A & A Services:

  • Base pay plus commission
  • Initial and on-going training with samples needed to present all product lines
  • iPhone and iPad to communicate with office and customers and present estimates
  • Company Uniform
  • Company Lettered Van to take home-so when you pull up to a customer’s home in the uniform and a lettered truck you are already way ahead of the pack
  • Gas, Repair Coverage, and Insurance for Company Van
  • Company Benefits including:  Health/Dental, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Retirement Plan, Accident Insurance Plan

 

And here is the list of qualifications we need for a Salesman:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • List of Work References
  • Skilled in the field of Roofing, Siding, Windows, Carpentry to be able to determine the solutions to the customers problems
  • Ability to climb a ladder to inspect work to be done
  • Ability to estimate the project with the office tools such as forms and software
  • Customer focused, great listener, and a passion for helping people before, during, and after the project
  • Ability to set and track sales goals with the office tools including database, software, and forms
  • Computer literate and strong organizational skills
  • Background check and drug test

 

This position includes  initial in-depth and ongoing training, including how to answer all questions asked by a customer.  Honesty and integrity go hand in hand and this is how we have built our company and is one of the many reasons we are still in business.
