Employee Appreciation Month

A&A Services was started in 1982 by our owners and local North Shore residents Chris and Barb Zorzy. Our business was born as a family-owned and operated company with only one goal in mind: being the kind of company that Chris and Barb wanted to do business with as homeowners. From this goal stemmed our promise of always going above and beyond for our clients and always delivering top-quality workmanship and customer service at all times. This is what shaped our company into what it is today. Teamwork has always been at the core of what we do, and our success would not be possible without the wonderful team of people who work at A&A Services. That is why the month of September 2021 was dedicated to Employee Appreciation Month!

In order to recognize, honor, and express appreciation towards A&A Services’ phenomenal team members, the entire month of September was dedicated to featuring our team members across all of our social media platforms. Although one month isn’t enough time to express how amazing each and every individual team member is, it was a start. Without each and every one of the amazing and dedicated employees at A&A Services, the company would not be where it is today. Every member of our team is always upholding the highest standards and levels of customer service to our clients while maintaining the company’s core values at all times. We at A&A Services couldn’t be more proud and thankful to have such a wonderful team.

To us, our core values are everything. Our team members believe the same thing. And they are proud to uphold our core values.
