Challenge

This customer just purchased a 1950’s raised ranch. They knew they needed a new roof and it currently had no gutters in the front section of the home and they had water splashing down the siding.

Solution

It was determined from our Salesman that the only areas that needed a new roof were the A-side and B-side and this included an addition to the home. The solution was the Architectural Shingle from Owens Corning along with the Owens Corning Weather Lock Flex Ice and Water Barrier that protects any roof penetrations such as chimneys, exhaust vents, skylights and vent pipes. A benefit of an estimate from A & A Services is that we won’t sell you what you don’t need. The only areas that were in need of replacement were A-side and B-side and that was all that was estimated and ultimately purchased.

The installation team fixed the gutter problem by removing and disposing of all existing gutters on the home. And then installing new .032 gauge seamless aluminum open gutters to replace the existing and adding them to the section that didn’t have existing gutters.
