Asphalt Roofing Install in Burlington
This roofing job in Burlington is for one of our repeat customers. Their roof had been leaking heavily due to its age and the amount of wear and tear it received over its 25+ year life. To solve their issues, we decided to install a new asphalt roof. We installed an architectural-style CertainTeed roof with a 30-year warranty. To complete this job, our crew stripped the old roofing shingles off, and installed Grace Ice & Water shield to prevent damage which can occur as a result of exposure to the elements. We also installed a new aluminum drip edge around the roof, which allows for the easy flow of water from roof to gutter. The new asphalt shingles are then installed. A new ridge vent and lead flashing around the chimney are also included as a part of the roof install. Upon completion of the install, all grounds are cleared of materials and debris. This job was completed on schedule and the customer is very happy with their new, warrantied and weather-proofed asphalt roof.
