This customer has a 2 story single family colonial built in 1914 that needed new windows, storm windows, and gutters.

Solution

They had an addition that had 2 sets of 2-lite casements to be replaced. A & A Services installed 2 new Sunrise Vanguard 2-lite casements that have a lifetime warranty and one of the industry’s lowest air infiltration rates.

To make their current wood windows more efficient, A & A Services installed the Harvey Tru-Channel Storm Window to the existing windows. An excellent choice because it is custom made to fit the exact dimensions of your existing windows. And provides maximum energy efficiency and twice the weatherstripping as an ordinary storm window.

The current aluminum gutters had seen better days on the left side of the home and A & A Services replaced a section with new .032 gauge seamless aluminum open gutters along with downspouts. They also needed some carpentry work on the fascia boards that was completed by our installers.
