JamesHardie Fiber Cement Siding and Vinyl Windows Project in Salem

This is a project completed for one of A&A Services’ new customers in Salem, MA. The customer’s existing wooden siding and windows have lost their visual appeal from years of wear and tear. The cost to restore the existing products to their prior glory made replacement an all-around better investment for this home owner. The two products that A&A Services installed on this  customer’s home include

JamesHardie Fiber Cement Siding and Sunrise Vanguard Vinyl  Windows. The JamesHardie Fiber Cement Siding product is unique in that the density of its fiber composition makes it a much more energy efficient and weather-proof product versus traditional vinyl siding. This is a huge upgrade from this customer’s old, rotted wooden siding that was a maintenance nightmare. In addition to zero-maintenance, JamesHardie Siding comes with a 15 year warranty on the finish, and a generous 30 year warranty on the product itself. The windows A&A Services installed for this customer were Sunrise Vanguard Windows, which are our go-to product because of their efficiency and simplistic design. These windows will provide numerous advantages over this customer’s old, rotted out wooden windows: the Sunrise Windows are more efficient, more durable against weather (which is a must in this coastal neighborhood), and overall more visually appealing. Upon completion, this customer’s home has a completely renewed look, and they will reap the benefits of more energy efficient products, while having confidence in the durability of their home for years to come.
