That was fixed and boy is it different (meaning, much better). I also had a stairway window over that roof that was getting ready to fall out. It also had a near useless air conditioner in it. ALL of that was removed and a new and very functional window is now in its place. I can actually get air – and much more light – in the stairway. A&A took great care of my problems.
